Banana Snack Cake

Gather your ingredients

Mash 2 brown bananas (1 cup) with a fork

Cream together the butter, sugars, egg, vanilla extract & sour cream.

Whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda & salt. Stir them into the wet mixture.

Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper & pour in the cake batter. Bake at 350°F until golden.

To make the frosting, mix together the butter, peanut butter, honey & powdered sugar until smooth.

Once the cake has cooled, spread the frosting on top.
