Fluffy almond flavored cupcakes topped with raspberry cream cheese buttercream!

Gather your ingredients.

Step 1:

Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder & salt.

Step 2:

Cream together the butter, sugar, eggs, almond extract & sour cream.

Step 3:

Mix the dry ingredients & milk into the wet ingredients.

Step 4:

Fill 12 cupcake liners and bake at 350°F for about 18 minutes.

Step 5:

Mix together softened cream cheese, butter, raspberry jam & powdered sugar.

Step 6:

Pipe frosting on cooled cupcakes. I used a large closed-star piping tip!
