Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake Bars
Gather your ingredients
Start by making your crust & pressing it into an 8x8 inch pan. Then, freeze it.
Next, make your cherry topping by cooking, de-pitting, & chopping the cherries
Fold the whipped chocolate ganache into the cream cheese mixture
Pour chocolate cheesecake filling over frozen crust. Then top it with spoonfuls of cherries & swirl it around.
Refrigerate for 2+ hours, then cut into 9 large or 16 small squares & enjoy!!
