Cinnamon Bundt Cake


Cinnamon Bundt Cake is so moist, fluffy and flavorful! It's perfect for breakfast, a snack or dessert with cream cheese icing!


Gather your ingredients.

Step 1:

Make the cinnamon streusel by combining flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter.

Step 2:

Mix together the butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and sour cream.

Step 3:

Alternately stir the dry ingredients and buttermilk into the wet ingredients.

Step 4:

Layer the cake batter and cinnamon streusel in a well-greased nonstick bundt pan.

Step 5:

Bake at 315°F/157°C until a toothpick comes out clean (45-55 minutes).

Step 6:

Let the cinnamon cake cool and then carefully flip it out of the bundt pan.

Step 7:

Cream cheese icing goes super well with this cinnamon coffee cake!
