Orange Bundt Cake

Gather your ingredients

Separate the eggs and whip the egg whites to stiff peaks.

Whisk the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla extract, oil, orange juice and zest together. Sift and fold in the dry ingredients.

Gently fold the egg whites into the orange cake batter.

Bake the batter in a well-greased 10-12 cup bundt pan until a toothpick comes out clean.

Make the cranberry glaze and drizzle it on top of the cooled orange bundt cake.
