Chai Sugar Cookies

If you don't have chai spice, it's so easy to make at home!

Gather your ingredients

Whisk together the flour, chai spice, baking soda & salt.

Cream together the butter & sugar with a hand or stand mixer.

Mix in the eggs, vanilla extract & lemon extract. Scrape the sides of the bowl as needed!

Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until everything is combined well. No  need to chill the dough!

Scoop the dough and roll it in extra sugar. Space them out on a cookie sheet & bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes.

When the edges & bottoms of the cookies are very lightly golden, they're all done!

Enjoy these chai flavored cookies with a cup of coffee or tea! They're the best comfort cookie & stay soft for days!
