Step 3:

Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir in the hot water.

Step 4:

Fill cupcake liners with batter and bake!

Make the black buttercream frosting by mixing together powdered sugar, softened butter, black cocoa powder, salt, and heavy cream.
