Mixed Berry Galette
Perfect for the 4th of July!
Gather your ingredients
Make the crust quick & easy in a food processor or blender!
Wrap the dough and let it chill for an hour
Roll out the dough between parchment paper
Add the mixed berry filling, leaving 1.5" of space around the edge
Tightly fold the edges over the filling
Add egg wash & turbinado sugar to the crust edges, then chill & bake
Top with ice cream & enjoy!
