Peanut Butter S'mores Tarts
Gather your ingredients
Blend the melted peanut butter & butter with graham crackers in a food chopper until fine like wet sand.
Firmly press the crumb mixture into the tart pans, starting with the edges & finishing with the bottoms. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Heat the heavy whipping cream until it begins to boil, then pour over the chocolate chips. Let it sit covered for 5 minutes.
Stir in a circular motion until the ganache is smooth & consistent. Pour into each tartlet until they're almost full, then refrigerate for 1 hour
