This easy blondie recipe is filled with fresh or frozen raspberries and white chocolate chips!

Gather your ingredients.

Step 1:

Whisk together the melted butter, sugar, egg and vanilla extract.

Step 2:

Whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Toss in the raspberries.

Step 3:

Gently fold the flour mixture into the wet ingredients. Stir in the white chocolate chips.

Step 4:

Bake the blondie batter in an 8-inch pan at 350°F for about 25 minutes.

Step 5:

Let the blondies cool, cut into 16 bars and drizzle with extra white chocolate!
