DONUTS WITH SPRINKLES

Easy baked chocolate cake donuts topped with ganache and fun sprinkles!

Gather your ingredients.

Step 1:

Mix together the sugar, oil, egg and buttermilk.

Step 2:

Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Step 3:

Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, then mix in the hot water.

Step 4:

Fill a greased donut pan with batter and bake at 350°F/177°C for 15 minutes.

Step 5:

Make chocolate ganache by mixing hot heavy cream with chocolate chips.
