Honey Vanilla Cake & Cupcakes

Mix together the wet ingredients in a large bowl. This recipe uses local honey as a sweetener!

Stir in the dry ingredients and bake the batter in 3 6-inch round pans or a cupcake pan.

This cake is easy to frost with homemade whipped cream. Top with fresh fruit!
