Milk & Berries Cake

Gather your ingredients

Whip the egg whites and half of the sugar to stiff peaks.

Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture, then pour the cake batter into a greased 8x8" pan.

Bake at 350F for 20 minutes then let it cool & poke holes around the entire sponge.

Pour the milk & berries mixture over the cake, then chill the cake in the refrigerator.

Top with homemade whipped cream frosting & decorate with fresh fruit!
