Lemon Raspberry Muffins
Gather your ingredients
You can use fresh or frozen raspberries (but I recommend fresh!)
Whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda and powder. Coat the raspberries in the mixture so they don't sink in the muffins!
Mix together the butter, sugar, lemon zest, eggs and vanilla extract.
Alternately stir in the dry mixture with the kefir (or buttermilk).
Fill the muffin liners 3/4 full & bake for about 20 minutes. Your kitchen will smell amazing!
