Andes Mint Brownies

Gather your ingredients

Melt the butter, chocolate chips and Andes mints together until smooth.

Whisk the eggs and sugars together and then mix in the cooled chocolate mixture and oil.

Stir the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt into the batter.

Fold chopped Andes mints into the brownie batter.

Spread the batter into a 9x9 inch pan and sprinkle chopped mints on top. Bake for about 40 minutes.
