Tim Tam Cheesecake

Easy No Bake

This cheesecake is made with Tim Tams! Or, you can fill it with your favorite Halloween candy!

Chop the Tim Tams & melted butter in a food processor & then press it down into a springform pan & freeze it.

Whip the heavy cream until it reaches stiff peaks & then refrigerate to keep it cold.

Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, sugars & vanilla extract. Fold in the whipped cream & crushed Tim Tams.

Spread the cheesecake mixture across the frozen crust & refrigerate overnight.

Slice into equal triangles & decorate with whipped cream and Tim Tams!
