Caramel Apple Crepe Cake
Gather your ingredients. Use Granny Smith apples to add a tart contrast to the sweet caramel, or your favorite kind!
Blend the eggs, milk, kefir, melted butter, flour and sugar. Then refrigerate it while preparing the rest!
Make the caramel sauce. Then, whip the cream with powdered sugar & vanilla extract.
Cook the crepes in an 8 inch nonstick skillet. It should make about 12 layers!
Stack the crepes with layers of whipped cream, thin apple slices and salted caramel sauce!
