Samoa Brownies


Featured on Good Morning America!

Inspired by the Girl Scout Cookies, these gooey brownies are filled with caramel and coconut! They stay fresh for days!


Gather your ingredients.

Step 1:

Can be made with gluten free flour!

Mix together the unsweetened shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk.

Step 2:

Microwave the chocolate and butter until melted. Let it cool slightly.

Step 3:

Whisk together the eggs and sugar for 1-2 minutes.

Step 4:

Slowly whisk the melted chocolate into the egg mixture. Stir in the cocoa powder, flour and salt until combined.

Step 5:

Spread half of the brownie batter into an 8 inch pan and top with chocolate caramel squares.

Step 6:

Add the coconut filling followed by the remaining brownie batter.

Step 7:

Bake at 350°F for ~30 minutes. Let cool and then cut into 16 squares.
