Ice Cream Chocolate Bombs

Gather your ingredients

Melt chocolate and paint it into silicone molds. Freeze for 5 minutes and then paint another layer. Repeat 1-2 more times.

Carefully peel the chocolate bombs out of the molds.

Place a scoop of ice cream and crushed candy canes inside. Seal with melted chocolate.

Roll the chocolate seal in Holiday sprinkles.

Melt them open with hot coffee or espresso for a chocolate peppermint affogato!
