Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Heat the butter and honey in a microwave-safe bowl until melted. This can also be done in a small pan over medium-low heat.
Whisk the sugar into the honey butter mixture. Heat again for 10-20 seconds.
Whisk in the almond flour and heat for another 10-20 seconds. Give the mixture a final stir.
Drop 1 teaspoon balls of the batter onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet (3-4 inches apart). Bake until the cookies are flat and golden (about 6-9 minutes).
