This easy kid-friendly recipe is perfect for summer! They're no bake s'mores cookies made with only 4 ingredients - chocolate, marshmallow fluff, graham crackers and cookie butter!
Heat the chocolate and cookie butter in a medium/large bowl in the microwave in 10 second intervals until mostly melted. Stir until smooth.
Add the marshmallow creme and crushed graham crackers and mix until fully combined.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons at a time, forming cookie shapes and placing them on a plate covered in wax paper to dry. Makes about 12-14 cookies.
